Destiny of Manufacturing EP 0512 – Brian Peshek – Hiab

Brian Peshek is the Operations Manager for Hiab’s Multi-Assembly Unit in Streetsboro, Ohio. He began his career in manufacturing as a Journeyman Die Maker at Chrysler. Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt by Kent State University , he has, from 2009-2021, held various Continuous Improvement roles mostly in automotive and transportation manufacturing. Having received his MBA from Case Western, and having led a successful Lean Journey at liftgate manufacturer Waltco, and Brian is now the Operations Manager for the parent company, Hiab, at its facility in Streetsboro, Ohio.
